Experts in the development of functional, legible, reliable and accurate watches, Bell & Ross offers three varied and exquisite diving models. Few brands have successfully ventured into the depths of the ocean world. Exploring the deep sea involves drastic pressure changes and all the details are critical to survival. It is there that Bell & Ross diver’s watches offer professional solutions for an environment as fascinating as it is dangerous. One of the models for the season is BR 03-92 Diver Bronze Navy Blue, a wonderful limited edition of 250 pieces available for sale in America.
To understand where its design came from, it is necessary to go back to the history of Bell & Ross diver’s watches. In the list we find the Hydromax; the two-meter Diver 300 Chronograph; to the BR 02 collection; and finally to the BR 03-92 Diver with functional lines that wears the iconic BR square. BR 03-92 Diver Bronze Navy Blue has a caliber BR-CAL.302 automatic mechanical movement, and has the functions of hours, minutes, seconds and date. With an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the piece has a water resistance of 300 meters. Its case is 42 mm in diameter and like the bezel, it is made of polished and satin CuSn8 bronze. This is an alloy made up of 92% copper and 8% tin. In addition to its technical characteristics, the aesthetic qualities of the watch are impressive. Is that, Bell & Ross introduces an interesting combination of materials: bronze, a material chosen by the marine industry, and navy blue that represents the coloration of the depths. Both contrast very well and create a unique look. The dial bears the blue of the depths and the indexes and hands are gold-plated with Superluminova inserts, making it legible by night and day. The leather strap is blue, and the rubber strap, to be used in immersion, is black. The following models are BR 03-92 Diver Matte Black and BR 03-92 Bronze Green. Governed by the ISO 6425 standard that guarantees numerous technical parameters, the models are perfect and safe parts for immersion. The specifications of the standard include having a resistance to water at a minimum depth of 100 meters; have a unidirectional rotating bezel with graduated scale; a working indicator and luminescent markers; readability in the dark; protection against shocks and magnetism. In the case of the matte black model, the introduction of black ceramic in the Diver collection, which is widely used in space aeronautics, is perfect for its resistance to any scratches and its softness to the touch. The material of the case is accompanied by a black dial that bears large white numerals that, like the hands, have photo-luminescent coating. The straps are made of black rubber with a weft and ultra-resistant black fabric. In the case of BR 03-92 Diver Green Bronze, the dial is olive-colored with gold-plated indexes, with Superluminova inserts. The case and bezel are made of CuSn8 bronze. As a nod to the origins, the back of the box is engraved with a diver from the 1940s. The khaki calfskin strap can be substituted for the rubber strap when diving. This latest model is a limited edition of 999 pieces. Both watches have an automatic mechanical caliber BR-CAL.302., and a water resistance of 300 meters.
