My Piace Ristorante Bar Da Luciano opened its doors with great success. Its owners, the renowned chef Elisabetta Maserati known as Betti and Luciano Fantoni, from the beautiful Italy, have an expertise of more than 25 years in gastronomy. Thus, the first restaurant that the couple developed in Punta del Este was Portofino. Opened in 1994, the place was recognized for proposing the true Italian cuisine. This successful venture was followed by others: Il Baretto Emporio Italia, the second Baretto and L’Incanto. Now, its new development offers a pleasant space for breakfast, tea, aperitif and dinner. Its dishes are valued by lovers of authentic Italian gastronomy, but also by vegetarians and celiacs. Among them are the Neapolitan vongole, the tasty vegetarian wraps, the curried prawns and the delicious salmon gravlax (with green leaves, avocado and mango).


However, those who visit Mi Piace Ristorante Bar Da Luciano have to try the pizzas, all surprising to the palate. The desserts are also outstanding, but the house favorite is Delicia de Chocolate: a brownie that is paired with a dip of chocolate, orange, vanilla ice cream, and fresh whipped cream. To prepare these delicacies, Chef Betti uses high-quality ingredients imported from Italy; and fresh meat and fish from Uruguay.


Aware of the passion that their dishes arouse, there you can order take away food and also request a catering service for up to sixty people. This charming space located on the corner of streets 18 and 29, remains open every day from 10.30 am until night.
