Harbour Tower, the third stage of construction of the comprehensive undertaking developed by Alejandro Ginevra, has fifty floors of avant-garde design, 152 units, 51,000 m² of work in 180 meters of height. Thus, the tower will be located in Dike 1 of Puerto Madero, in front of the river and the Ecological Reserve. The project by Urgell Penedo Urgell, has the design of the architect Carlos Ott, who sought to create an icon of modern architecture, forever changing the skyline of Buenos Aires.
The result is a complex and varied volumetry, with panoramic views of the city and the river; the geometry, with a broken perimeter, multiplying the number of corners and angled windows, allows to take full advantage of the different orientations and perspectives from the internal spaces, accentuated by the building’s angled position, in relation to the Puerto Madero plot.
